How has finding your soulmate/twin flame changed your life?
Deepened my ability to love unconditionally and all the lessons that entails, moving beyond my ego. Inspired me to truly know what love is and to BE that love that I am inside :)

Yes, many. Knowing what the other person is thinking and feeling, telepathy, hearing a name in meditation that is associated with him, living in the same neighborhood over different periods of time (he seems to be following me LOL)

Yes. We both feel that way, and I have past life memories, which explained why I felt so responsible for him in this life. Once it was examined I was able to let go of that sense of worry and responsibility.

3 other very intense soul mate experiences that had prepared me to deal with the intensity of this one and for the amount of unconditional love I could hold. Generally happy, I was not searching for anything. Being more clear about my life purpose and spiritual path for several years before.
Have you noticed any recurring themes in your relationships, ie..past karmic experiences that keep popping up or the numbers 11 11 and the Fibonacci Sequence as it relates to date/time?
He is the masculine end trying to incorporate more of his lost feminine side, I am the feminine side trying to incorporate more of my lost masculine side. I have been noting the 11:11 for a long time, he loves the Fibronacci sequence. :) Unconditional love is the theme. But we are both trying to heal and clear lots of other things, that seems to be a major theme.
Have either you, your partner or both of you together, had the feeling from a very young age that you were put here to fulfill a purpose for which you never received any specific instructions? (feelings of a spiritual calling, a higher call, or a greater purpose.)
Yes. I have had a vision when I was 5 years old of my higher purpose and calling. He has thoughts now that he is supposed to be doing more, maybe what you may call 2012 anxiety.
What advice would you give to anyone out there who is either searching for their own twin flame or soulmate or is in the middle of one of these relationships?
Don't search, love yourself first and when you aligned with yourself you will find it. If it has happened to you, don't doubt, learn what you are meant to learn, once you do that the situation is a LOT easier. There is a peace that comes when you know you are doing your work, whether or not the other person is right where you are.

Yes. I have been awakened to feeling and knowing truly what it means to love unconditionally. He is being awakened to his true self and living in integrity with that is part of his task.

They are a horrible shared experience, conflict must be resolved immediately and is not allowed to fester, it hurts horribly to feel and know that one is hurt because of the other. But conflict and anger does not last. It is worked through, always.

Yes I did know about soulmates and twinflames before we met. I think we have a spiritually shared purpose to combine our strengths to help humanity, from different ends of the spectrum (masculine and feminine knowledge and principles uniting). Other than that, the purpose is love and sharing that with each other and others.
