We are both married to other people with children, I don't know how he feels, if he feels the same. He has always been professional and friendly with me, but I have seen love in his eyes. I avoid his workplace now, as it has become too painful to be close to him without being with him.

After meeting him I felt him with me all the time, I couldn't understand the feeling, and thought perhaps he had planted a spy device on me or something, I started getting these feelings of intense love in my heart, like it would go into a big flush of energy spontaneously, after this I realised that I could send him love or communicate and feel his response come back to me, but I have no factual confirmation of him receiving my messages. I also can communicate with my higher self, primitively.

How would you describe your life up until the time you found your soulmate or twin flame? What is the last "big thing" to have happened to you prior to your reunion?
I was plodding along, content that soulmate love was a fallacy and gave up on the big love thing, although I have always said the best feeling in the world is to be loved and loved back, no idea why I had decided. So I made the best of what I had... Only to now be smacked in the face by this. This is the biggest thing to have happen to me! I wonder why it happened if it can't be, it's a very cruel big thing, a painful learning curve you need to go through, I don't know.

The best advice I have heard is have patience, and trust you will come together when the time is right. You can't rush or force these things. This is hard when you are suffering so much.

If you share the same soul, surely they must be experiencing the same things you are. But how do you know they really feel the same, when you are not with them?

I have definitely been awakened. I naively believe he has too. But I guess if he has experienced the same things that I have, then he is probably really freaked by the whole experience and may be even trying to block it. Sorry men, don't want to seem derogatory, but most men are not so good with dealing with emotions, unless you are already quite spiritual, this type of thing must be very scary.

The looking into the eyes thing is one of the most profound things. I will share my experience with you and if anyone knows what it is or has experienced this also please write in, because this has thrown me:
One occasion we were talking, in the office with other people in the room, we were staring into each others eyes, I remember thinking 'wow his eyes look so familiar' then I thought 'that's just like looking into my eyes' that was it, the whole room dissolved, there were no bodies, no time, no place, just space, it was everything, it was nothing, I started to become aware that I needed to get back, but couldn't physically move any part of me, with much effort I managed to jerk myself out of it, weird, I don't know how much time had lapsed, if any, don't know what his experience was, although I could tell by his reaction, he felt something. I got too scared to look into his eyes after that, but I have seen so many things in his eyes, tenderness, love, so deep and intensive.

Ignorance is bliss, if you don't know this kind of spiritual love you can't miss it, so yes you could be happy, it would depend on what your soul mission was, which might not be to reunite with your soulmate this lifetime.
